At Angels & Sons, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over R2,500.
For orders below this amount, a delivery fee will be calculated at checkout and reflected in your order confirmation and invoice.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
During busy periods such as sales, promotional events, or holidays (e.g., Black Friday), delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or specific time slots, though we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Area & Conditions

Deliveries are made to valid addresses within South Africa, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.

An authorized person must be available to receive the delivery. For security and verification purposes, the courier may request identification from the person accepting the order.

Delivery Attempts

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If no one is available to accept the order on both attempts, you may:

  • Incur additional delivery fees for re-delivery, or
  • Have your order cancelled, in which case a refund will be issued minus any delivery fees already incurred and a reasonable admin charge.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure:

  • The product is in good condition
  • The order is complete and correct
  • There are no visible defects or damage

Products cannot be returned to the courier directly. If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Policy procedures.
