At Angels & Sons, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund, subject to the terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unused and unworn
• In original, sellable condition
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, and a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Handling Fees

A 15% handling fee may apply if:

• The incorrect product was ordered by the customer
• Items are returned without original packaging, tags, or are not in resellable condition

Return Procedure

• All returns must be sent via a trackable courier service, arranged at your own expense (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
• We do not currently offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your nominated bank account.
• Please allow 7 to 15 working days from the date we receive your return for the refund to reflect.

Shipping Responsibility

• Until your returned item is received and signed for by Angels & Sons, it remains your responsibility.
• If the return is due to an error on our side (e.g. incorrect item shipped or defective product), we will arrange and cover the return shipping costs.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Products that are damaged, altered, worn, or missing original packaging or tags
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items, unless faulty

Warranty & Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective or under warranty, please contact us with details and images. We will assess the item and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on the outcome of the assessment.
